Where is Vancouver Coir located?
Our location in Burnaby, BC (Near Vancouver, BC) is our production facility; we do not have a retail storefront.
We offer contactless local pick-up! We pack orders in the order in which they are received so our usual processing times still apply. When your order is ready we will be in touch with the pick-up location. If you would like to take advantage of this option simply check out normally and select "Local Pickup" on the the shipping page.
Exchanges
We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot, replace your product, or refund you for it. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey! To request a replacement, please email info@vancouvercoir.com for a hassle free exchange
Returns
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need / want it, you are welcome to return it to us unused within 30 days of purchasing - we just ask that you pay for shipping / drop off at our facility. To request a return, please email info@vancouvercoir.com.
